International Forum of Publishers

In September 15-18 in Lviv the annual International Forum of Publishers took place. New Hope Ukraine participated in this event two years together as a part of Association of Christian Literature Publishers of Ukraine. Sunny days of early autumn and interest of Lviv citizens and guests which they showed for new books have brought many people to the Forum. The most popular books published by New Hope appeared to be Parenting with love and logic by Jim Fay and Doug Klein, Where is God when it hurts? by Phillip Yancey and 100 active bible games. People gladly bought many other books which we issue mostly in the Ukrainian language what distinguished them from other books of the Association presented at the Book Forum in Russian. We have sold about 150 books and had a chance to exchange the information with other publishers and present each book published by New Hope. The Forum showed that our Publishing House is recognizable by Lviv citizens and that many people are interested in purchasing the Christian books in order to develop their knowledge of God’s Word.

Hope in hard times

A situation of the family with many children (9 children) in the village of Rudantsi won’t leave any person indifferent. In June 13 our workers visited the family and brought them some food. The mother and the smallest girl are in the hospital that’s why the other children are neglected, hungry, need support and help. Nearest time we plan to do sanitary repair and help to bring their room in order because all the family (9 kids and 2 parents) live in one room. Some of older kids sleep on the floor. More Pictures...
