In April 23-27 a sport event for students of school #12 in Rivne took place. Many volunteers of New Hope Ukraine participated in it. The aim of this event was to popularize a healthy life style and bring the Christian principles and values to teenagers. More than 75 students participated in the sport games. During that week students had a great pleasure and fun competing in many games, relay races and contests.
Every day teenagers had interactive lessons from which they could learn more about principles of building relations with each other, about friendship, conflicts and what Bible says about it. When the sport contests started it got really hot. The fans supported and cheered for their friends so emotionally and sincerely. It was obvious that the main purpose the organizers had set was to help students and their teams make friends, teach them to have understanding for each other. The game week past so fast but left tones of impressions and positive emotions for students who became part of the event, emotions enough for the whole year – until next time :)
