In the beginning GOD created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was waste and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep: and the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters...

And God gave the STRUGGLE: ...
And God saw the struggle, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And there was evening and there was morning, one day.
And God gave the CALL: Go ye therefore and build bridges, mobilize the existing churches in order to win the next generation for Christ.
And there was evening and there was morning, a second day.
And God gave the VISION.

And there was evening and there was morning, a third day.
And God gave the MISSION.
And there was evening and there was morning, a forth day.
And God gave the STRATEGY.
And there was evening and there was morning, a fifth day.
And God gave the START in a side room of Cluj-Napoca First Baptist Church, with a group of about forty teenagers.
The beginning of our ministry program has started small in our church. Our desire was to create a functional ministry model before going out and train others.
From 1992 to 1996 we have developed a strategy for our children and youth ministries and a team of staff and volunteers. Our exposure to several youth ministries in the U.S. and to the resources youth ministry is using there has helped us significantly.

 

 

And God said: Let the ministry put forth grass, herbs yielding seed, and fruit trees bearing fruit after their kind, wherein is the seed thereof, upon the earth; and it was so.
And the earth brought forth grass, herbs yielding seed, and fruit trees bearing fruit after their kind; and God saw that it was good.
By 1996 the model was established and was functioning well. Some other churches heard and saw what was happening in our church and they have asked for help. We were ready to go out and help.
At our very first training conference we had 35 participants from several denominations: Baptist, Pentecostal, Seventh Day Adventist and Lord's Army. This was the beginning of our training program.
At the same time we have translated Jim Burns book, The Youth Builder. This book provided for us a pool of volunteer youth workers from all over the country.
Being in touch with them we were able to find out what were their needs: the No. 1 one was youth group Bible studies resources in Romanian language.
In 1997 when we came out with our first seven titles we couldn't cope with all the orders.
This was the beginning of our publishing program.
In year 2000 we were contacted by some public high schools and invited to come and speak for their students. God has miraculously opened a door for us. This was the beginning of our Public Schools ministries.
And there was evening and there was morning, a sixth day.
And God gave the TEAM, which is doing all the work that follows.
And there was evening and there was morning, a seventh day.
